As good as new!
Great replacement for my Astro A40 headset as the old ones had gotted a little gross, the magnets made it super easy to replace. Made my headset feel as good as new.

These replacement pads are great for the price. They fit perfectly. The only thing is that they are a bit stiffer than the originals but are still very comfortable.

Very comfortable
I was hoping these would be the material that my original ear pads were because it was soft and comfortable, but these are way more comfortable. They probably slide on my hair more, but I can't say for sure. They also probably warm up quicker than other materials, but I think that's unavoidable no matter what ear pads you get. I like these a lot more than ones that say they have cooling gel.
