YES! I delayed and debated buying this book for a while, precisely because I didn't understand and couldn't imagine how a full book could be useful around such a simple action and habit: I was ignorant. The amount of *power* this one simple action makes available almost seems to demand the amount of scientific evidence supporting it in all of its various aspects. Don't be like me in delaying and debating - DO be like me in buying this book, reading this book, and APPLYING this book!

This was a very good book. Would recommend if you are one that always puts everyone before you!!!

Mel tells it like it is. She was brave enough to write out the problems she had and how she turned things around. She also gave examples of other clients' problems and how this method of giving yourself approval really helps. It should be taught in Grade Schools to give children the self-esteem many lack.

I’ve been getting into the Mel Robbin’s groupies. I just purchased several of her books. They are quick easy reads. They have a lot of encouraging and truth statements. They are thought provocating. ♥️

Another hit from Mel Robbin’s. She is impeccable at hitting the nail on the head with what’s going on and how to get through it or past it. A real page turner and I have already gifted it for a friend to read. Highly recommended
