Good value and easy to use
Like the NeilMed products. Had to switch from the salt packet rinses because the flooding was irritating my Eustachian tubes. This is actually way more comfortable and convenient to use. These aren’t cheap but the individual canisters are much bigger than the sample size that comes with the salt packet set. So they last a long time.

Great product but needs large volume rinse tip
Great product for clearing sinuses and providing relief. I believe it’s the best saline spray product on the market. However, the the package doesn’t include a “Large Volume Rinse Tip”, which is what we use and only a tip that works for us.

Work as well as the bottle method, easier to use too
Great for traveling since I don’t have to rely on bottled water as I do with the bottles.

Neilmed Terrible Customer Service
DON'T BUY THIS CAN NASAL SPRAY. I've been buying these 3 packs for a while, and about 1 out of every 5 cans stops spraying when the can is only half empty. I called Neilmed, they told me to call Amazon. I tried to get product support through Amazon but the instructions told me to call Neilmed. I like the product, but my customer service experience with Neilmed was terrible. Their call center is very noisy, and the rep was very difficult to understand, and kept insisting I needed to call Amazon. I think the spray failure rate is too high. I'm having a lot of doubts about buying the can spray again. Looking for the squeeze bottles now... very disappointing.

Malfunctioning Nozzle
Update: I called the company and they were super nice and sending me a replacement and if the other two from this 3 pack have a problem they will gladly replace. I've been using Neil med nasal sprays for years with no problems. However, the first one I took from the package has a defective nozzle. Sprayed a couple times then nothing is coming our bur air. The can is totally full. I can't get a refund or replacement so now it will be up to me calling the company directly. I think I will have to change brands.

Good buy
This seems to be a really good value. My only complaint might be that the containers are almost too big (compared to the smaller ones I'm used to). Not a bad problem to have though.

Larger can last longer.
Easy to use for dry climates to keep sinus's moist.
