I would not recommend this product. We received this wheelchair/ carrier chair with chipped paint, rusted parts, and all items inside of a ziplock storage bag. So the chair was not new. It was already partly assembled. Most of the time I wouldn't care, however I can assemble something without making a mess of it.When the chair is cranked all the way up, the support bar bends backwards and makes it impossible to lower the chair. Also depending on where your center of gravity falls and based on weight, the chair can/will tip backwards. Also the straps are not secure enough to hold a person. They come loose when a person sits down. Make sure a helper is standing directly behind the chair to catch whomever sits down and starts to tip over.I messaged the seller regarding the condition of the chair. They never responded. They approved my return. Here's the problem... their return policy states they can keep 50% of your return puchase if they deem your return unjustified. And you have to pay return shipping. It cost $150 to ship to me. I'm not about to pay another $150 to return and then have them keep another $250. Not worth it. I would not recommend this product.
