Yard Garden Wind Spinners - Large Outdoor Metal Wind Spinners Sculptures, Lawn Yard Art Garden Decor (Burgundy Lotus)

The wind spinner looks quite wonderful, with the two sets of petals spinning in opposite directions. It's metal and feels quite solid. The base consists of three prongs in a triangle to keep it from tilting in any direction. There's a cap that rests over the part of the bearings that spin, and I felt that could have been designed a little better so it weather-protects them more. The cap slides down the pole to lightly rest over where the bearings are, and there's some play. Because of the weight of the metal, it takes a nice strong steady breeze to get both sets of petals moving. The smaller upper ones move a little easier. But when we look into our garden, we see them slowly moving and adding some motion and beauty.

The directions were not very clear but I figured it out and looked at the picture on Amazon to see that I did it correctly!Really works great and adds to my garden. Thinking of buying more,

We've had a couple of super windy thunder storms earlier this spring. I've had other wind spinners that blew apart and landed across the street other years.This wind spinner is beautiful, strong and well made! Lovely!

Such a nice addition to our yard

The wind spinner is beautiful. The item is well packaged for shipping. There were no manufacturer defects and it assembled easily. The spinner turns easily with ~ 5 to 10 mph winds (today's wind speeds). It is large and commands your attention.

I live on top of a windy hill. The spinner is set off easily and tolerates stronger winds (18-25 mph) with no problem. It's a great optical illusions -- looks like it changes shape, but it's just spinning. Took minutes to set up.
