This product was so cheaply made I literally laughed when I opened it.My fault for not looking closer at the product pictures as it's low grade production is evident when looking at the "leather" patch just below the logo. It is held on with 8 tiny staples and has the shape of a boiled lasagna noodle.As mentioned in the other review, I can't imagine a boot, shoe or ballet slipper of any reasonable size fitting in this thing. There are lots of other options available on Amazon, I wish I had ignored this one and looked more closely at the others.

Don't waste your money. This is NOT a boot jack!!!The only boot or shoe it would fit are baby booties. It is totally worthless for its intended use, my wife couldn't even get her boots into the jaws and also they are only 1 inch from the floor which precludes bootw with heels

This boot jack is for children size boots. The last line of description says "intended for smaller boots". So giving it one star for being small is being "small". The item has "free returns", but I held on to mine for to long before using it. Thin vinyl separates your boot from the wood, might mark up boots after a while.

It's cheap and small. The inside edge is very thin plastic material that ripped the first time my son used it. But you get what you pay for... does it work? Yes, sort of, as long as you don't expect to fit your whole boot in the back of it. If you have a kid size boot... maybe...

I had never seen one of these before and I was thrilled to be able to take my riding boots off without doing the awkward hop on one foot while tugging on boot dance to get them off. Plus I don't have to touch my muddy boots...'cause that certainly isn't just mud!Have used this item several times now and am pleased with this product overall. Wish it was a little bit heavier and wider, tends to slide/wobble a bit depending on who is using it. Build and materials quality overall seem good. Will see if it stands the test of time and lots of boots at our house!

Received the boot jack and was happy with the simplicity of the product. I has one job to do and it was designed for just that. The wood frame has leather trim to protect the boot or shoe, so it was a well thought out device. My boots are not that hard to remove, but the edge of the heel on at least one pair is semi-sharp so this helps to get my boot off safely.

Its worth the price, but the quality is low. Vinyl not leather. Good if you use them for work boots. Not if you have nice or high end boots.

This boot jack is awful. One use in and the “heavy duty” leather lining has ripped through, exposing the wood underneath. Complete waste of money if you’re looking for a boot jack that won’t scuff up your leather.
