tastes bad and be careful if you have bipolar
Read online that this could help with appetite. I have bipolar 1 and this tea makes me feel really antsy/hyper when I drink it. I am going to stop taking this because I am concerned it might cause a manic episode. It only happens when I drink the tea. Also it tastes like dirt water. Smells vaguely of berries but no flavor to speak of.I read that garcinia effects the serotonin receptors in some way and usually serotonin type drugs are a no no for people with my condition as they cause mania. So I think that's why I am experiencing this. Be careful
