Imagined wonderchief to be a good company ..deeply disappointed with the quality of this product. Made of low grade plastic, parts have been chiseled with blade to fit, the parts are not aligned properly, has multiple scratches, running is not at all smooth. It's simply plastic that too low grade. Never will buy a wonderchiefproduct. But not returning. Your delivery boys don't return them anyway on the pretext that they are of different design even though they deliver them. Still waiting for the return of a jacket delivered of a wrong design. A wrong book was delivered twice. Still awaiting the arrival of the replacement.

Got the first piece with a broken jar. Returned it and got replacement piece.Have only tried cutting veggies so far.The good:It does the job of chopping vegetables well when the chopping blade is usedLower gear is easy to operate during the initial cutting, though it takes timeThe bad:Easily breakable - the jar, the lid and the rotorHave to be very careful when using top gear with veggies and it might easily break if more force is appliedThe cutting platform - is not easy to use, one blade was not fitting into place as it has some manufacturing defectEverything except the blade is plastic, not sure how much of it get into your food while chopping/kneading.

One best Chopper ever ..none of the chopper are even closer to what it does .. It saves a lot, a lot of time. I cant manage my kitchen without this small gadget. It is worth every penny.So many of my friends have used , tried and bought it and everybody says this is the best gadget in their kitchen so far.My last chopper fell down and broken .. I almost got a panic attack 🤪because it wasn’t in stock .. I am glad that finally I got it.And btw wonderchef products are great.

Just received this manuel food processor, arrived early. Ok negatives first, difficult to remove lid , not very user friendly, I dont think alot of thought has gone into design as hard to balance the thing when turning rotary handle , also impossible to remove jar handle once clipped on. With regard slicing , it is actually very good , minced onions and garlic in seconds , also not creating wet mush.Update , 5 months on still working , pretty good product , to be fair,
