Thick and firm. Doesn't leave foot or finger prints, even came with it's own bag. However I did use a sticky link roller to lift off the dust and pet hair from the bottom of the yoga mat and it did leave some markings. Probably and error on how I clean it but I also think because of the color of the mat that's why the white marks come up but you really can't tell in the light. I would recommend in a dark color like black so it's harder to see the dust and marks before and after you clean it. For $30 it's well worth it.

Awesome mat!
Super nice mat. Very comfortable and soft. It grips well so you don't slide around while doing yoga and is extra long so even while stretching out (I'm 5'6) there is still tons of room. Would 100% buy this mat again. Best mat I've had yet

Super thick and big
This yoga mat is of excellent quality. It’s very thick and spacious. It’s perfect for working out on the floor to relieve some of the pressure and pain you’d feel if you didn’t have it. The carrying bag is handy as well. This would be great for different fitness needs and i think it’s big size would make it perfectly suitable for men as well as women.
