Had about a week. One for my room and one for my son's room. Both are doing the same thing, I turn them on and they cut off. I've unplugged, plugged back in, same thing. It's very frustrating!

Very small and compact. Beautiful array of color variations (therapeutic by itself); although mist is 30 seconds long, it gives out a nice aroma of the oil. Unfortunately the other one is defective (it shuts off after 1 minute) and it's too late to return for a refund... sigh.

So this is such a great product and 2 for the price of 1 wow, they are smaller but wow what they put out is awesome, I got the package and opened it has instructions and everything very proffessional packing as well, I used it all night last night, so the many features are awesome and unbeliveable, you can touch the mist once and it will start shortly but it does it in intervals so you dont get an overwhelming smell of your essintial oil its perfect, plus if you want it to have the mist run constantly and not intervals then you hit the mist button 2 times a red light comes on the button area and it will do a continuouess stream of your smelly stuff or you can just use it as a cold mist humidifer. It best for small areas unless you put both in a huge room... I tried it in my kitchen as you see in the picture and I have an open floor plan once you walk into the area smells like my peppermint. another feature is the light, you can choose to have them both on at once (mist and light) or just the light which is AWESOME! as well. I have a disabled child so I filled it up with lavender at night and placed it on his dresser and he was so calm in bed... I'm really impressed by this item, oh, it also has an automatic off so after about 1 hour it will shut itself off, so, no worries if you run out of water or forget to turn off and end up breaking it cause of no water in the holder it shuts down automatically if low on water as well... it's amazing!! I am going to buy more just for presents to others...A Great item especially for dry air and musty smelling areas and it's so soothing to watch the lights turn different colors, kinda like watching fish swim that kind of effect. I love it for the versatility great Item!

Bought this for my two daughters after purchasing another brand for myself. Bought it because there were two. One of them the buttons are not even there...there is nothing to push for turning it on.....I mean....sheesh. Where is the quality control here???? It’s okay to send out product that doesn’t even work like it’s supposed to??!! I am ExTrEamly disappointed. I have never ordered anything from Amazon that was so shoddy!

Disappointing. They do not stay on when using the interval setting and you're lucky if you can get it to stay on in continuous mode. What a let down as I was really looking forward to using.

These are great little oil diffusers. I bought this set because of their size and quantity. Cold and flu season is upon us and I have these babies going all day with essential oils. I definitely don't want my family to catch a cold! These little things are made from plastic, not wood like the many others. (Wood is porous so it catches bacteria and germs!) I like that I can wash them out if they get gunky or dusty. I just hope they last longer than the previous one I had.

Bought and received two diffusers. One is working perfectly. The other had problems from the first day. Would not stay on. Read the Q&A and found that another person had the same problem. I dumped the water and started over like it said to do. Worked one day and then it wouldn’t even power up. Checked the electrical cord, using the other diffuser, and that was not the problem. No reset. So, just going to trash it. Not worth returning.

Update : The company was so nice to work with. They replaced my unit that wasn't working. I'm so pleased with these and my sinuses are clearing up. I recommend this company to everyone. I also bought another set to have at work and for my daughter's room. Well worth the money !!!!(The item was a 2 pack but one of the power cords didn't work and one of the units kept cutting off. So with that being said, only 1 unit in the 2 pack worked correctly. If both worked, it would be a great value. I do like the unit that does work correctly.)
