Very happy with this purchase!!
I looked up a video on YouTube on how to replace. It was very easy!! I usually have a hard time with this stuff— also they supplied a high quality T8 screw driver with an extra screw, that’s magnetic!! Great attention to detail where it matters for novice maintainers like me. My vacuum quite working and also needed the filter replaced since I was using the vacuum with a broken suction ring. Both came the next day, and the difference in performance—after replacing these items made it feel like a brand new vacuum again. I was back to using the vacuum in less than 5 minutes!!! 5 stars from me! I’m hoping the suction ring is an upgraded version from the original— and that I never have to replace again, but if I do, I’m not worried because it’s a simple process.

So much better than OEM!
I spent way too much time trying to figure out how to get the original pieces out and then to put the separate pieces back into the canister and the red rubber ring just would not stay in place! I was so frustrated. I ended up buying this replacement. And let me just say that this is so much better than the OEM product with all the separate pieces! The video instructions that come with this product made it so easy to get the original ring out and replace it with this new one. Seriously, I am so happy and relieved to have found this product!

missing parts
I have a V15, the part fit just fine. I would have given them 5 stars but I did not receive the screwdriver or the little screw that is said it was coming with. Luckily I save the screw off the old one & used it.

arrived the next day, took less than 5 min to install, my Dyson works better than before with the original part and seems to have more suction. Also this part is upgraded as in it looks and feels more sturdy than the original Dyson part. I never leave reviews but felt I had to. I could not be happier with this product

We have two dysons and I’ve replaced this part on both of them. Perfect fit and comes with what you need to install it. Takes about 2 minutes to change out.
