This saffron extract has been great. I’ve been using it for several days and I notice an improvement in my overall mood. I’ve been taking the supplement after breakfast, it is easy to swallow, does not have any bad flavor and does not cause any stomach upset. I have not experienced any side effects. The main reason behind my purchase decision was that these capsules are totally vegan, natural and contain a good amount of saffron extract for the price offered.I am taking it mainly for the purpose of memory and mood improvement and I like the feature regarding weight management, although it is too soon to make a judgment on that one.
