I was looking for a phone holder that I did not have to permanently stick to the dash. Well I found it in the VANMASS product. It uses a suction cup and it held up beautifully. I had to travel for 10 hours with my phone in my lap so I could look at the map on occasion. Not a great Idea. Missed one of my exits in HEAVY traffic (6 lanes) through the middle of Atlanta. While in Raleigh, I ordered this product and it was delivered a few hours later. Installed in minutes with no future glue damage to my dash that I will have to worry about. The trip home was smooth traveling with the ability to view the map with ease. Magnate on product is strong. My iPhone case has the magnetized ring and matched up beautifully. I have only used this product for one day but, I won't travel without it.

This phone mount is lovely. I am used to traveling on dirt and gravel roads.If a mount can hold onto my phone over all the bumps and troughs it’s done exceptionally well. This car mount has passed with flying colors.The base is anchored and very stable, and the magnets hold my phone and align perfectly. I don’t have to wrestle with it to get it off or anything but the hold is firm and secure.I can switch to landscape view if I want to in a second. It’s very easy to use, especially since I've been used to using a large, clunky one that I have to grapple with.This car mount is refined, telescopic - so it can be positioned exactly where I want it, and doesn’t scream look at me. Its design looks great.This is a premium mobile phone car holder and should work with any MagSafe charge-compatible phone. If your phone or case isn’t MagSafe, a magnetic ring is provided to stick to the back of your phone or phone case. This is so that it magnetically sticks to the holder.Two attachments are included - one to attach to any horizontal or vertical vent, with a tightening nut to ensure it remains secure (but locks out to prevent over-tightening).Or if you prefer, there’s a suction cup with a tightening lever attached firmly to the dashboard.Two things to note, this does not charge your device, and will not attach to circular vents.Overall, I really like this adaptor - it’s an excellent tool to hold your phone in the car safely and securely. My car has an old navigation system built-in so it is not longer accurate. I got this Vanmass car cell phone holder because my iPhone 12 is Magsafe compatible and I want to use it for its up-to-date maps.The holder has a really powerful suction cup with a bit of adhesive on it. It also has a separate bracket for attaching it to a car's vent. I prefer to use the suction cup to avoid blocking the vents and blasting the phone with hot or cold air. The suction cup is really strong and handles hot weather without issue.The holder comes with accessories like metallic O-rings and even a cleaning wipe. The magnet is really powerful when I attach my iPhone 12 directly to it. However I never have my iPhone outside its protective case and unfortunately my case is not Magsafe compatible. So I just used one of the provided O-rings and stuck it to the back of the case. Now my phone with its case can magnetically stick to the stand.The stand definitely does its job at holding my iPhone 12 without any chance of it falling off. The arm can be adjusted to almost any angle by unscrewing the tightener, adjusting the angle to your preference then tightening it again. This holder is exactly what I needed to take advantage the latest maps and GPS on my phone when doing road trips.

This is so strong, it holds my Galaxy S22 AND the battery charging covers I use. Only gripe is the magnet is so strong it has literally pulled the adhesive metal circle from the back of my phone. A couple of layers of duct tape over the magnet has cured this and without losing the all important grip. Its also very strong on the inside of the windscreen where its mounted. Also, even with the arm fully extended it is still very stable.
