I think the design is very cool and ease of use is very straight forward! Its super simple. Really anyone could figure out how to use this! NOW the reason I give it 4/5 stars is because the sound quality is not top of the line. The build and design GREAT! sound quality.... not so great.Its a great speaker to take to the beach or just to jam at home but not a great party or outdoor speaker!

WOW! This speaker was a bit larger than I anticipated, but that's my fault for not reading the clearly stated dimensions. Despite the large size, I still love it and the volume is so loud it would be great for larger rooms and outdoor listening. The sound quality is clear and the bass is amazing. I love this not so small speaker.
