This is the best device of this type I have used. Provides the right amount of traction for me, however your experience may vary from mine. Know your neck size before you order as you don't want it too small or too large.

I use it twice a day. Works great for getting rid of headaches. Helps stretch my neck and put it back in place

Take a few tries to be able to put it on correctly

So I purchased this product, there is no way my neck can take the pain of the heavyness of this product it hurt my neck it felt so uncomfortable and I can't even move with it on, I wanted to return it but I guess I'm not allowed, who sells something you can't return I guess its my fault for buying on Amazon, I've always have been able to return products I buy, this to me is a rip off, so since you can't return I suggest not buying it. BAD PRODUCT NOT VERY WELL THOUGHT

Pros it fits but is a little tight but usable. Not sure if Large would of been better. My PT told me to get it, to do at home, we also do in pt for my herniated discs.

I love this thing and will probably keep buying it, but that's just it - having to keep paying for it because the metal bits of the mechanism just don't last. Expect to get a new one every year or more often if you use it every day.
