Efficient and easy to use
The self-adjustable suction feature of this robot makes it efficient and easy to use. The voice assistant is a nice touch too.

Does not work
I contacted Amazon support. Was told at the chat that I should wait until the seller contacted us regarding our issue. Nothing happened, after a week of contacting Amazon I asked for a refund and was informed I lost the deadline. Support never contacted us and we now have this item that does not work and lost close to $200 on it.

The media could not be loaded. This bot is amazing! My husband bought it for me to use on mirrors, glass tables, shower doors etc. Cleaning mirrors and glass can be labor intensive, alfabot has taken the labor out of cleaning. No more streaks to worry about. I love the automatic and/or manual remote. The bot also sprays just the right amount of water on the glass so there is no mess. It also does a good job making the necessary adjustments for door handles, and etc. I simply love it!!!
