A very good chuck I have 2 lathe and I can use it on both of them with a adapter value for the money

great addition to your lathe
I mostly turn miniatures but I had need of a larger chuck to turn a vase. This product is sturdy, beautifully made and will last longer than me!!

Good value for the price
I had hoped to get something a little less ‘fiddly’ when trying to balance a project on our lathe. Getting something perfectly centered is quite a challenge with this as the threads are a bit sloppy and it finds its way out of adjustment frequently. The thing to focus on here is what you pay. It’s a cheap wood lathe chuck and that’s exactly what you get. It works but takes time to keep it working properly.
