Magnesium Complex, Magnesium Glycinate, Oxide, Taurate and Citrate Liquid Drops, Lemon Flavor, 2 Fl Oz

This has saved me from waking up in the middle of the night. Whether it’s been trouble falling asleep or staying asleep, once I incorporated these drops into my wind down routine, it’s been a non issue. I fall asleep easily and I get a solid 6-7 hours, and I was averaging 3-4. I will say they are extremely sweet if you take straight, so have some water on hand. But the flavor is lovely and most importantly, they work.

This can be added to water or tea (presumably other drinks as well) where it is essentially already dissolved, so there is no chalky residue. Contains more bioavailable forms of magnesium, although there is also some oxide in there, which is essentially worthless. The glycinate and citrate in particular are what you want, and this has it. I like the flavor too.

I usually have trouble taking my supplements but love taking this. The dropper does only fill half way but that’s ok. I’ve been taking these drops about a year I notice a difference in my sleep for sure no doubt. I had one bottle that tasted horrible it tasted like rubber other than that it’s been great. I usually buy on subscription and was able to get two bottles for $18 but then it became unavailable so I had to buy this one for $20. Definitely recommend. The taste is really good. No oily aftertaste

Only 4 star because the dropper only filed to just over halfway and directions call for 2ml which is two full droppers. I had to do it four times because it would only go up halfway. I would’ve preferred to just done two full droppers and be done with it. However, the flavor is great..

Tastes delicious, and puts me to sleep immediately!

I'm not making any claims for the quality of the magnesium and or any noticeable health improvements.The taste is awesome!That's all the good. Now the bad...This is supposed to be a 30 day supply. (60ml divided by the daily dose of 2ml) it was emptied in 10 days. I used the built-in pipette 1ml, twice per dose. Something isn't adding up. Either the pipette quantity is marked wrong or the bottle quantity isn't 60ml.Speaking of the pipette marking... as you can see in the picture... the ink disappeared within these 10 days. I hope the ink is also a healthy supplement because I obviously consumed it!Could it be that my bottle was the one off? 🤔 Perhaps

The product itself is great. Has helped with sleep and muscle cramping. I just would suggest the dropper be better. The dropper doesn't work or pull up but to right below the 0.5ml mark.

Tastes good. Easy to use with dropper. Use it for inflammation.
