These scissors are just what I was looking for to groom my furbabies. Not only are they of high quality but they do the job easily. Easy to hold, easy to maneuver and they arrived quickly. Very happy with them!

I'm a professional groomer who's just starting out in terms of money and not being able to afford the higher quality gear yet, and these are great for just that! Despite not being top of the line quality, they come decently sharp and don't dull very quick at all. Everything is surprisingly durable and can take accidental drops fine for the most part. The comb can definitely pull out and break down some hefty knots and mats without the teeth bending at all, it's pretty strong! The curves did loosen a little quickly at first, but it honestly could've just been from it being dropped and kicked off the table by a dog a couple times. That isn't a big deal to me though, as you can tighten it back up easily and it hasn't loosened much at all since, plus I feel it's a little normal for them to loosen over time with consistent use. Overall pretty good set for the price and anyone just starting out or wanting to groom at home!

I went by the reviews and amount purchased and was not disappointed! They are sharp so use with caution! I just wanted to cut out so many trips to the groomers and these will help to keep her looking tidy. Loved the thinning shears! Did paws, face and sanitary. Oh and they have rounded tips for safety. Worth every dollar!

I was a groomer in college… And was able to use some very nice equipment at the shop I was working. It was a summer/after class job there, but I have always enjoyed grooming, my own animals… Fast forward 30 years… I purchase this little set thinking it would give me everything I needed… And I was right, my Airedale is a little tough to groom… He is a farm dog with a city coat … so you can imagine what he looks like when we start cutting his hair. The scissors did come unscrewed at one point… But that is not that uncommon for his tough coat. Tighten them right back down and everything works wonderfully..

Immediately I thought they were uncomfortable to hold. It didn't take me long to realize these are left handed shears. Which is great for some people as they can be trick to find, but not for my right handed self.They're not very sharp out of the package. But the salon I'm working in has very strict rules on length/style of shears until I'm through training so they're gonna have to work i guess. At least it's only $20 and I won't have to use them too much.

We're happy we bought these non professional grooming supplies. All the scissors cut well except that the texture scissors you have to use over and over the area you're cutting/texturizing. Well made. Very easy to use. We highly recommend this product.

I have a new little Shorkie with the funkiest coat ever! She mats if you look at her the wrong way....hence we spend a lot of time brushing her out. I like the comb for getting out mats. I use the scissor for trimming her feet and under her tail in between grooming visits. Great quality and I would recommend to others. You can't beat this set for the price point!

Excellent product

Overall this is good value for a dog grooming scissor set. The set comes in a nice leather holding case, which also includes a polishing or cleaning cloth.When I originally used these scissors to cut my dog's paw hair, I struggled because the scissors did not fit on my thumb and finger. I'm a guy who is 6 ft 3 in and I found them uncomfortable to use. As I was about to write this review, I noticed that the plastic blue rings inside of each pair of scissors can be popped out, giving you more room for your fingers. After I popped out the little blue ring, the scissors fit on my thumb and finger much better for better grip and use.the only downside I really see is that there is a tightening screw in the center of each pair of scissors. I had a very hard time tightening it with my fingers and I didn't want to use a pair of pliers on it cuz I was afraid I would strip the grip on the screw.As long as you take your time cutting the hair, you should be fine. This was my first time cutting my dog's paw hair and he wasn't totally keen on it but I did manage to get it done. I am sure over time as he gets more used to it it will be much easier to do.Overall the price of the kit equals the one-time cost if you had a groomer cut your dog's paw hair, so I think the kit is worth the price because you can use the kit countless number of times.

Amazing grooming kit! Scissors are good to use. Not too sharp, not too dull. It is perfect and makes our puppy look like he got a professional haircut. The kit and scissors are great quality.
