I recently tried the 7-day cleanser, hoping for a quick and effective solution to feeling bloated and heavy. Unfortunately, my experience with this product was far from satisfactory. On the first day, I experienced only a small amount of loose bowels, and for the remaining six days, there was no noticeable effect. The pills were uncomfortable to take, and I did not experience any reduction in water weight as claimed.Overall, I feel misled by the product's promises and would not recommend it to others. There are likely more effective and comfortable ways to address bloating and water weight. Save your money and look for alternatives.

I have tried a few different cleanses but this one works the fastest in my opinion. The first I must’ve dropped 6lbs of water weight and waste. By the 4th day I was completely cleaned out. I could’ve stopped at this point but chose to finish. Bloating was completely gone paired with healthy eating habits. I did not feel weighed down and had more energy to make it through my gym workouts. Excellent quality! Cramping the first night but was gone immediately after the first bathroom visit 😂

Takes over 10 hrs to work through your system and you have to drink a lot of water

I was iffy about getting it and the reviews just confused me more. But I eventually ordered it and tried my luck. It works really well and my last day of the pills are tomorrow. You get like a 10 sec cramp that’s how I knew I was getting ready to go poo lol. So that was like a warning ! But it’s like once you do it for 3 days straight your body starts to feel light and empty! I highly recommend. The only thing I didn’t like is how big the pills are. I took 2 at the same time with a full cup of water with a healthy snack after in case the pill had trouble going down. 10/10 2lb lighter
