So I had a gear go bad in the first week. This is something I've read from others but the turnaround time with the company and no hassle experience I had after telling them what had happened was great. Not only did they send me a replacement gear but also sent an extra. They can't control every outcome of every unit sold but of what they can control they go above and beyond.

So far this unit is even better than we had expected. The grandkids use it constantly, it charges quickly, holds a charge well and goes over some fairly rough and sloping terrain. If it holds up as well as it has begun its life we will be well pleased!

Waste of money . My daughter could not ride it . It’s very poor condition. Tire was broken in a month

My 3yo son loves his Spiderman car! We had an issue with one of the motors, but the seller fixed the problem within 2 days and sent out a new one. Definitely worth it and I'm excited for my 1yo son to drive it in the future as well!

Steering wheel wires were broke in box , randomly shuts off , front motors/gears grinding. 5 days of asking for help. Now i will be returning item

July 2023: all 4 wheel motors died at once last week. We have tried to contact the company to purchase new wheel motors but amazon makes it miserable to contact the seller. I have been through customer service and have not had anyone from the company directly contact me yet. We are willing to buy new motors instead of replacing the whole vehicle, which my kids still love. Please provide a way for us to contact you again.Review from Oct 2022: Please see review below. The forward/backward switch broke on this vehicle but it took some work to figure out that was the problem. There were some communication issues that were the fault of amazon, not the seller. The seller was diligent in continuing contact with us until we resolved the problem. The mailed us 3 different parts to try before finally fixing the problem. No charge for any of the parts or shipping costs.Very very happy with this car and hope it lasts for many years. We live in the country on 20 acres. My daughter drives this all over the property. She was able to drive up a snowy hill without problem. We struggled to find out battery life prior to ordering - I expect that with small kids, this car drives for 2-4 hours consistently on a full charge. We spend a lot of time outside and the kids are in and out of it, so it's hard to say, but we've never had it run out of charge during a normal day outside. We charge it at night and it's available the next day. My kids are 1 and 4. Love the car. Definitely recommended. I kept the initial review believe in case anyone else has the same problem, then you know how to fix it and what happened for us.**Initial review**We loved this car for the 5 weeks that it worked. But if it won't drive, it's just 100 pounds of plastic screwed together. The company did respond to my first attempt to fix it. They mailed me a new piece that did not fix the problem but then all communication ceased. We were told they left amazon and were no longer available to contact. I called amazon this morning. They said this company is currently available and they will send an internal message to them to contact me. I am currently awaiting contact from AOKOY and am still hopeful that they can fix this vehicle. I am happy to remove this negative review if they can fix the problem.

My granddaughter has been having a blast for two days & I’m sure it will continue. Unboxing is simple & I highly recommend this product. Thank you for you Ride on adventures. Again must have for backyard adventures.

I like the car, I purchased it for my Tall 4 year old.The only think I don’t like is that it doesn’t have a break pedal. In order to stop you have to take your foot off the gas to flip the switch to stop.When driving the car in Hi or Low there is a loud whining noise that most ride-on toys make.I don’t like that the seats don’t adjust well. I tried to move the seat as close as I could get it and the seat fell off the track it’s on.Overall I’d give it an 8/10.It’s worth the investment as it grows with your child .
