Really impressed with this light, so impressed that I immediately ordered a second one (plus 2 of the 46 led lights).As others reviewers have said these are well made and have an impressive amount of light. Just the job if you don't want to run cables. Have had these for a couple of months and no problems. A bit more expensive than similar lights but I think these are worth it for the build and led quality.

I placed mine just above my patio doors I wished to see if the solar panel in such a tight space would work and it does. Is a great help just as you are going out into the backyard at night,and I hope warns me of movement in the garden at night as I keep chickens and wish to keep the foxes away. Easy to put up and gives a wide bright light. Very pleased with this product.

Brilliant light so bright and the sensor is great. This replaced an old halogen light that was wired in, the Runesol is much brighter and the motion sensor is more sensitive so works better. An EXCELLENT solar light at a very competitive price . . Ignore the recommended price and supposed discounts when you compare . . these seem almost willfully misleading on some more expensive products . .At almost HALF THE PRICE (£16.99) . . this is easily a match for the MPOW 102 LEDVery easy to install . . solidly built . . and VERY brightDo yourself a favour . . save money and get one or more of these .

This is great when the motion detector kicks in, sometimes it just doesn’t at all, sometimes it does. The light when it does detect is bright. Only had a few days so let’s see!

Bought two of these for the front and side of the house, to illuminate an area to 10 metres from the house wall. Was impressed by both the brightness of such compact lights and the sensitivity of the sensors. Functionally they did everything I wanted. Only qualifying comment is because the mode switch is at the back of the unit and the unit is screwed to the wall, you need to be sure you have put unit in right mode before fixing. It also means you have to unscrew it from the wall to change light mode. With this in mind fully recommended.

Bought 2 of these and when they’re triggered they throw out a nice bright light with very good coverage. However, both units are exhibiting the same problem. Sometimes they come on, sometimes they don’t. They both face South so get plenty sunlight to charge, but in the pitch dark I can walk right past them and they don’t always go on. Then if I go past them later, suddenly they trigger no bother at all. It’s almost like they get stuck in a reset period or something. I’ve tested them approaching from different angles, distances etc and they either work exactly as expected or not at all. Not much good when you’re trying to negotiate a steep twisting set of outside steps. Would like to have been able to recommend these lights as when they work they’re really good, but they’re just too random in operation and unfortunately this means a one star rating for not really being fit for purpose.
