Unfortunately I thought it would work for my remarkable - it does not work for the basic remarkable 1 - only for the remarkable that its listed.It IS however super cute and honestly the plastic wasn't as flimsy as what the others say - it felt more like a simple cover rather than a super protective case. I think just enough protection to keep in your bag and possibly from keeping your device from getting scratched up but i'd use your best judgment in using it as a fool proof protection hard cover protection case.

This is a really nice cover! The graphics and colors are clean, they remind me of an old children's story book. The Remarkable2 fits tightly in, so I have no fear at all of it coming out accidentally, the upgraded Remarkable marker with eraser fits VERY tight! it is helpful to turn the Marker so that its long flat edge sit against the side of the holder closest to the Remarkable2. Once the Remarkable2 is installed in the cover and the cover opened and folded behind this is roughly the same thickness as a standard paper note book. The cover is slightly textured on the outside and the interior has a velvet like flocking on the inside. There are no magnets in this cover, which from what Remarkable says is a good thing as magnets can affect the screen performance. I have receive multiple compliments on this beautiful cover.

Sturdy and protects my tablet, keeps the pen in place. I got a very innocuous design, the one with the label 'Composition Book' and it really does look like a paper notebook, thieves will ignore it (yes, there are some in some parts of the world where I travel).

This case is good because my pen can't accidentally fall off when I travel with my Remarkable 2. I like that there is a storage space for the extra nibs. I tried another cover that had a space for nibs that was at the bottom and seemed like it could lose the plug easily. So I switched to this cover as the nibs have a secure space on the inside of the case below the pin. The designs are nice. My only reservation with it is the cover is a little slikc and I worry it will slip out of my hand. I guess I am used to my old one that has texture.

I am happy with this purchase. The remarkable case I originally had did not have a place to put the pen and it kept being rolled off in my bad. I was afraid it would eventually get lost. The back of the case is very hard and I feel it gives protection to the device. The black with flowers is a very pretty design. Some of the black on the corners has already worn off, but it is used all day long at work and gets carried back and forth each day. I would say the wear is acceptable. The nib replacements are much more slippery than the ones that came with the pen, but I will use them as replacement nibs from remarkable are quite expensive. They are very slippery but just as responsive as the original ones. The case does not interfere with charging. I would recommend this case and I would buy it again.

My tablet can fit into this case perfectly. The pen is also protected. Very nice design.
