Great weight and easily adjustable. The rope is durable with very comfortable handles. My previous Jump rope from another brand snapped in half. I don't see that occurring with this rope ever!

I’ve had other ropes. This one is my favorite.

I got back into jumping rope last year after a long layoff. After a few months I was ready to try a heavier rope to see if I could get more “bang for my buck” (I’m a busy dad and I don’t have a ton of time to work out). I seriously considered the EliteSRS Muay Thai rope but I decided in favor of the somewhat lighter Pulse rope instead. I’m glad I did, because the Pulse is fun and definitely enough of a challenge for my first weighted rope. It’s easy to adjust and a great rope all around.

With my Hokas on I am about 6' and I had to remove 11 of the 2" beads from the rope. That wasn't easy!!!They just tell you to untie the knot but that is not easy! The handles do not twist apart as might be expected. You have to push hard on the handle to barely access the knotted end of the rope. Then untying the tight knot is a bit of a struggle. Then when the handle does come off watch out because a smaller bead falls out of the inside of the handle and must be found and replaced after you remove the 2" beads. I had to take 11 off to get a good length. They do not explain any of this in their instructions! Be careful not to cut the excess rope and just wrap the excess rope around the handle until you are certain you have the perfect length. Despite all of these frustrations, I do like the heavy feel of the beaded rope and the texture on the long handles, so I will still give it a 4 star rating.

So far it has performed well, however it is a bit expensive. Might be cheaper ones that are just as good out there.

Ok so out of the box the rope felt great good rope, I tried it out for about 30 seconds prior to the modifications, my solid review is its a good rope for indoor mat use as I feel for out doors it won't last long especially with the solid scrapes it received from the raw concrete, aside for the easy ability to cut the beads with scissors, i did add a weighted handle to mine, made the rope feel like more of a challenge, my overall review is simply its not what I think of when I think of an outdoor rope, i was initially going to get an Spri rope but wanted to try something cheaper first, this is a rope that I think advance elementary schools buy to say they paid a premium rope price for a 150. Gym fee for your child.

These ropes are very durable. I live in a very cold state in the U.S. This morning the windchill was -17 degrees Fahrenheit. I spent an hour in my unheated garage jumping rope with this beaded rope without issue. Other ropes usually break in those extreme conditions. This rope takes a licking and keeps on ticking. That said, I still recommend jumping on a mat as opposed to the concrete. Do that, and this rope will last a long, long time.

I tried so many brands of beaded ropes from Amazon, many much cheaper ones. But once I got these ropes in and adjusted to my height I could do so much more with my rope. Some of the tricks which seemed impossible with other PVC and beaded ropes are much easier to nail with this rope. The quality is excellent and the longer and heavier beads really make a huge difference and add some heft.

If you want to move your skipping outside to a park setting this is the rope to buy. Handles pavement and concrete like a tank. Goes where PVC and wire ropes can't go. Stating the obvious for those new to skipping it is a 'slow' rope which is great for newbies but if your goal is speed or you skip indoors then this isn't the rope you want; it's an outdoor rope, a role it handles like a champ.

It's perfect for jump roping on concrete floor as it can take the beat!The rope is also weighted, so it increases the intensity of the workout, plus fast shipping. Love it!

No puedo decir que el producto sea malo en cuestion de calidad o fabricacion. Que es un material muy simple y se puede hallar un producto de mejor relacion calidad/precio es un hecho. Soy principiante en el deporte de saltar la cuerda, he probado con este 3 modelos/tipos de cuerda, puedo decir que es con el que menos me siento comodo, la rotacion es muy lenta y a pesar de que el peso pudiera ser un argumento para decir que me proporciona mas retroalimentacion al momento de saltar; esto no es asi ya que el ritmo se torna demasiado lento y la rotacion no es fluida. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo si estas empezando.
