So cool!!
This is actually way cooler than I expected! I’m not super great with tech stuff, but it was pretty quick to figure out. The information is great and my son (8) absolutely loves it. It’s such a cool concept, coming with a passport and stamps. The cost of it for the money is great. It does use a lot of data because… it’s a lot of data and that is the nature of having so many VR/AR experiences. I didn’t even really look into the “extras” before buying this, but all of the projects that come with it are neat with simple instructions. My son and I have both had so much fun playing with it. It’s great for getting kids interested in travel, geography, and world history!I highly recommend it and have been telling personal friends!

One of the best gifts
This is by far one of the best givens I have given to my daughter she spends hours and hours on her journey through all the VR. This has been an amazing resource of education and fun. Amazing concept and easy to use. Great price for a trip every where.

Use an old phone if available
I do like this set. However you do need a phone to use with it. It’s best if you have an old phone that you can dedicate to this app for the kids. It can be tricky to free up time to use it. Otherwise you could have texts or calls coming in while in use. Ask me how I know. Eek.I think the content is rich. There is an excellent coverage of topics and I truly feel like my kids get something out of it every time they play it. The resources are put together well. It’s a higher quality pack and I do like it. It’s just hard with the need for a free phone.

Avoid
We were really hoping the VR Atlas Kids Headset would be a hit, but honestly, it fell pretty flat for us. The hardware itself looks fun and colorful, but that’s about where the positives end. The biggest letdown was definitely the software—it’s super glitchy, with apps freezing up or crashing way more often than they should. My kids got frustrated pretty quickly when games wouldn’t load properly or the experience just didn’t work the way it was supposed to. Even as a parent trying to help, I found the whole thing kind of clunky and hard to navigate. The selection of games and activities isn’t all that impressive either, and what’s there gets old fast. I wish I could say my kids were excited to keep playing with it, but after the first day, they haven’t really touched it. Overall, not worth the money and definitely not the fun experience we hoped for.

Fun but glitchy..
I've had issues with getting it to work with our phone, though some of that may be due to the fact the app appears to be unsupported, and the fact that we run thicker cases on our phones, which do not like to fit in the headset well.
