Love these things and would urge anyone with joint pain to try them. Add to a pan of boiling water and let them simmer for 20-30 minutes. Drink the water as is, or use to make tea and coffee. These have a very high vit c content which is something linked to kidney stones but the vit c that causes the problem comes from supplements, not fruits and veg. I had my first cup (using the water to make decaf black tea with oat milk) one evening and woke up with much less pain the next morning. Also loaded with anti oxidants, keeps skin youthful, strengthens the immune system, lowers the cancer risk and a million other benefits
