Pure Junk
I think there is supposed to be a small ball to act as a check valve. Not included with mine, just a spring and washer. It doesn't work at all. Pure junk. A complete waste.

Waste of money. Do not buy. Doesn’t work.
Junk. I have 80 psi from my spicket and I get no vacuum. I tried lifting higher and lower then the hose, changing the hook up direction and connecting directly to the spicket for maximum psi. Nothing worked.
