I buy this for my daughter because she has heavy periods. The best thing EVER! She's been using them since 2 months after she started! Best product ever! They have no odor, the absorbency is amazing! So easy to use and comfortable!

Bought these after my first C-section a couple years ago, and I just bought them again for my second. They are high waisted and don’t bother your scar, have a good amount of stretch while still staying fitted. I didn’t have any issues with leakage which is wonderful to have one less thing to worry about in those early post partum days. I also love that they don’t look like a typical adult diaper. As silly as it sounds, it made me feel better and slightly more human being able to put them on versus other options. Worth every penny.

These were great post-partum. They helped me feel a little more normal and not so much like I was wearing a diaper. I did not notice a strong odor like I saw many reviews mention. A little more costly than other briefs but might make you feel a little more human after having your little one 😊

I really like these as they do feel like real material. My only complaint is the sizing. S/M is closer to a small and a L/XL is too big like the middle part is hanging down your thighs. I do think the white middle part could be a bit shorter also.

These are the best I’ve tried. Absolutely no leakage and no smell. They do run a little small but I love these I weigh about 140 pounds and got S/M.

My daughter says that these Always underwear are comfortable and good quality. It holds a lot of fluids without leaking. She uses it at night when she’s on her menstrual cycle to prevent any leakage and it seems to work pretty well. Provides great protection!

Purchased for postpartum as a second time mom and I’m really considering to just use these for bed on my period.

These things REEK. They are heavily vanilla scented, I don't recall seeing the fact they are scented anywhere in the product description. I have 2 packs I wasted money I don't have on. I am allergic to very strong scent in general and vanilla in particular. You need to update your product description.
