Box arrived a little crumpled, but all good.Really good product, very comfortable.Always difficult choosing something like this from the internet, really worked out well.

I got this for my home office and so far I have no complaints. Does the job and is comfortable.

Revised rating due to legs constantly falling off!! Bad quality item - at least for me. Wish I could return if wasn't so heavy and difficult to disassemble.____________This chair doesn't bend backwards contrary to the description.The second complaint is my fault for not checking but armrests have zero adjustment making them uncomfortable and often useless.Finally, the legs keep falling off every time I move! Terrible...Other than that it's a comfy chair with back and neck support and the fabric is breathable which is great, have the 3 stars.Wouldn't buy again though or recommend it to anyone but will have to keep using it...

This chair arrives in parts and is self assembly. It took me around 45 minutes to assemble taking my time and rushing. I like the way that the bolys and washers were packed and labelled. The allen key supplied was easy and comfortable to use.After two weeks use this is comfortable, the lumbar support is nicely positioned for my back. I would prefer the seat to come up a couple of inches more but it suffices.Still haven't got the chair to tilt out of the 90 degree position. Which leads me to the only negative the lack of instructions on on how the chair tilts. I presume that the large knob under the seat has something to do with but having twisted it both ways and still not worked it out.

Recline can't be fixed. Otherwise good chair

Construction was difficult due to two mis-aligned bolt holes. After minimal use, the seat padding became compressed and did not recover. After minimal use, seat tilted toward front and could not be re-adjusted to horizontal/level. Lumbar support is rigid and unadjustable vertically. Will be returning. Disappointed.

This was easy to assemble and sturdy. It looked great.Unfortunately I found it very uncomfortable within a few minutes of sitting in it especially on my lower back. The tilt couldn't be adjusted as shown in the diagrams to remain fixed in position. It only tilted when I kept the pressure on and it moved as one entire piece so when the back tilts back the seat tilts upward. That is not suitable for finding a more comfortable working position/angle.

The instruction book was of no use at all hope you have plenty of patience on assembling it you need it !other than that quite a good product.

This is one of my best ones and very sturdy.

I received this chair one month ago. After being used for a month, the mesh in the backrest began to break, affecting the overall tension of the backrest. I requested a warranty claim to repair it, but the branch told me that since I received the chair without any damage, they can't do anything to help me.Product with a bad quality.Update, they've contacted me and give me a solution for the issue

I like this chair. It appears to be made well. It was easy to assemble. The deal breaker is that I can't lock the seatback to keep it from reclining.

Just received and built it. Immediately I can tell its okay in quality, the arm rests are hard as bricks and the seat cushion is eh. Lumbar support is there but it only adjusts in and out, and even though it has padding it still feels like a hard plastic on your lower back.
