Because I have Mitochondria disorder. Going to doctors for eight years, they didn't have a clue. Naturopaths never found it. My daughter found it helping her son with Apraxia. You may rate this product zero stars, if you dont have Mitochondria disorder.

I have chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia and this stuff works better than anything I have ever tried. It obviously doesnt cure my issues but I have the energy to work and do a little housework and feel almost normal. I have been taking it for the past 3 weeks. I stopped for a couple of days as an experiment and felt awful again. It does have a lot of b vitamins but I have never gotten energy from them so there is something to this formula that definitely weeks and I will be taking it from now on.

I'm not sure I notice the improved energy levels day-to-day that other people have noted, but I tend to take it when I'm particularly hard on my body or notice a general fatigue in the morning. I take this product because of its potential as a preventative measure for cell aging. I realize that science is constantly changing/improving and this may someday prove moot for mitochondrial health, but at the very least it's a good reminder for me to try to protect my body before it's a lost cause. I enjoy the metaphor that supplements like these are like getting routine oil changes to avoid major car repairs in the future.

Just started it today. took this morning with breakfast. Just by coincidence my gym was having a 5 k run as part of a workout. haven't run since october 2017 d/t winter weather and a runner's knee. I felt GREAT during and after the run. I probably can't give all the credit to MitroTrax but I'll give it some :-). Looking forward to using it for the next month :-)

I am not sure if I liked it or not, I had gotten heartburn after taking it a few times. Sometimes I get it from turmeric. Not sure if it helps or not. Taking an anti biotic right now, will try again when done.

I was very skeptical about trying this product, because I had been let down by so many other brands in the past. I have to say that it is the best that I've found! It provides me with the boost of energy I need to get through the day without the crazy side affects!

I WANTED to like this product! I am 61, have chronic pain and am often exhausted - I heard good things about this new mitochondrial support product and was eager to try. I took a capsule in the morning, and later that night found myself UNABLE to fall asleep; I had repeated hot flashes over and over, and was awake for hours and hours - finally falling asleep in the wee hours of the morning. I have a physically taxing lifestyle and usually fall asleep within minutes of going to bed. I thought this was VERY odd (had never happened before, I have had hot flashes but they have diminished over time), so thought Hmmm, let me try it one more time and see whether it was indeed the supplement causing these weird sleep disturbances. I took another capsule the next morning, and had another awful night where I lay awake for HOURS with repeated hot flashes. After that I figured this was more than a coincidence, and didn't take any more of the capsules. My sleep returned to normal the following night. I am returning the product with frustration, and wanted to leave this review on the off chance someone else has had this experience. It was bizarre, and the rest of the reviews are overwhelmingly positive.

I felt more sustained energy instantly. I will say this , I took this when I first receievd it , in late evening and I was up all night! Not jittery, not a jolt or high, just up and alert SO do not take this late in day!!!
