From someone who doesn't sleep well, I feel that these tablets help me get a better night's sleep.

I was looking for a high strength magnesium supplement. Sooo many people (specialists and doctors say that the majority of the population has magnesium deficiency and everyone regardless of age or gender or race should be on at least 500mg once a day and if it’s a good quality product you’ll notice a difference within 2 weeks. If you don’t, you need to change brands). This brand says 600mg on the front and on the back a different amount.I contacted them via email and they replied so quickly and at the weekend and explained about the absorption process and how confusing it can be! They put my mind at ease straight away and I’ll definitely be using them again and highly recommend! The packaging alone is adorable!!!

I have tried alternative brands of magnesium and some have discontinued hence why I’ve tried others. But this brand promised all I required from it. I sleep every night like a queen. I need no other brand now I’m 100% satisfied. Just try them. The quality is good, designed for women in mind and reasonably priced for 2 months worth. Very happy.

Be really careful with these , took them for 3 nights and was really ill. They are way over the RDA and I felt beyond sick. Anxiety and had horrific headaches. 2 days later and still feel sick. When I spoke to the GP they advised it was these that would be causing this and it’s a dangerous amount to take.

I've been taking 200mg of magnesium daily for nearly 4 years now and find it very effective.When I saw these listed, they looked like good value for 4 months' supply. Each packet of 60 clearly says:"200mg - 60 capsules - 2 months"This turns out not to be true. A brief inspection of the information on the back of the packet reveals that to obtain the 200mg of magnesium you need to take TWO capsules, so for your £18 (as at 10.1.24) you get not 4 months' supply but 2 months'. This makes them quite pricey.I was sent these for free through the Vine program in return for an honest review and my honest review is that I wouldn't buy these myself. If I paid £18 for something that was advertised as 4 month's supply and then discovered it was only two, I'd be asking for a refund.

I didn’t do my research when I bought this. 600mg was too strong I had upset stomach for a few days! Amazon don’t sell the 200mg so I had to get it from the website instead. Will see how I get on with the new batch when it arrivesA update since: I contacted the seller who was lovely she was going to offer me a refund and I told her not to as I support small businesses. After my chat I thought I would try again and 3 days running I was fine! Maybe something else upset my stomach! I’ve been using these ever since and they are fantastic. I sleep better and feel great when I wake up in the morning.

This is the only thing that will help me sleep! The actual best supplements. I take 1 before bed every night and sleep so well. When I ran out I couldn’t sleep at all but buying them again I’m sleeping so much better. I don’t sleep the best at all so these have helped so much
