While not being particularly large you do get three of them at an excellent price and the crossply nature of their construction is such that they should easily resist the usual splitting at the edges of the bonded segments, a better thought out product than usual with the obvious advantage of sturdy build and likely long life, very good for a kitchen staple based on the usual bamboo substrate that seems to be inescapable this century.

I've wanted a new set of bamboo chopping boards for a while now. As my odd one has seen better days Theses are lovely although some small rough bits so I've took some glass sanding paper to them. To maintain them I use olive oil and let it soak in then rinse about every few weeks. It will stop them drying out and cracking over time

Smaller than expected but still useful. Reasonable quality. More like individual breadboards . I wipe them down rather than immerse in water so time will tell how long they last.

Beautiful set of boards. They have a good weight to each of them. I've used them for grazing platters for guests and they look really smart on the table. I expected bamboo to feel thinner and lighter but I was really impressed at the quality.
