Like everyone I balked at getting this because of the price. Glad I finally did. It’s been a time/effort saver. Wasn’t expecting the excellent quality… you definitely get what you pay for.Stand is solid and weighty; Screw holes in stand are machined well and paint finish is high quality.The waxer unit is digital and has a memory. It remembers last setting which for me is great because I don’t have to mess with it every time(I previously bought a cheapie (WaxKiss) which has a knob). It’s in Celsius which makes it easier to remember what the correct temp should be… 75C for me as opposed to 167F or whatever is the Fahrenheit equivalent.Size of waxer is large; the cheapie I had bought I believe was 14 ounces. This seems like it’s 20 or so. Bigger is better.Also, the wire handle thing is great! No more wire hanger. It’s perfect for manipulating the chain while it’s in the pot. DON’T SUBMERGE IT. Saw a couple of YouTube vids where they put the whole thing in the wax…. Leave it above. It will stand up on its own. Read a review that said it fell apart after a few uses. I’m confident that if it happens, the company will send me another one.Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase. This has made chain waxing easy and hassle free and was worth it.
