I take various versions of B1 but it is this that I find most effective. I can cope with sugar much better and my energy levels are much more stable. I take 2 with breakfast and 2 with dinner (my 2 meals of the day).

Leaves me with a bad taste like the smell of burnt rubber, but I can taste it, very weird. It lasts a long time after taking.

Thiamax did nothing for me, and I have a lot of the long term issues people tend to take this for. I was incredibly disappointed. A few months ago I tried a cheap high street B1 and it helped me with energy (I have terrible fatigue and other issues), therefore I was excited to explore B1 further. I learned about how powerful the Thiamax form could be from watching various YouTube videos. I didn't notice even 1% difference to anything. I am pleased for those it did help, but I can only review my own experience.
