Q: Does this work on mosquitoes? I’ve seen positive and negative comments and review’s regarding effectiveness on mosquitoes.

I don’t have mosquitos in the house , so yeah, it doesn’t get em. But the drain flyes & fruit flyes, got plenty of them, yeah, it works

Q: Does it attract and kill roaches?

I don’t have roaches. But I did find myself with a lot of flies that I couldn’t get rid of. I thought they would be instantly attracted to it and die. They were not. Only like four of them drifted towards the light. Roaches are probably smarter than flies so I would consider something else.

Q: I've had this plugged in for a couple of days now and have had no luck with it anybody have any tips?

Huck it. I had mine in for 2 months And only caught 2. I found apple cider vinegar and hot water with a small droplet of dawn soap works best. Caught almost 30 in one day.

Q: I don't see any refills. Do you use the strange brands of refills. If so, which one?

This product kit already comes with an original RAID refill included. We do not recommend using another brand of refill.
