I don't know where this has been all my life but me and my younger daughter both have attention and focus issues. I've also struggled with depression the past couple of years. Mucuna is a godsend. I've have multiple dr's and psychiatrists tell me my younger daughter needs to be on medication. I've put her on this about 1.5 months ago. Will likely update this review in a few weeks once I see how I’m doing with this.Edit: I’ve taken it daily for a month and honestly I have not noted any significant difference. I’ve tried skipping 2 days to see if anything changed and I did not notice a change. Perhaps it isn’t for me. I would like to see the manufacturer post proof from an outside lab that verifies the ingredient and l-dopa content.

I’m taking this with a few other anti anxiety supplements, and people have the wrong misconception about stuff like this. You’re not going to feel this amazing turn around, but the second I stopped taking them, I could totally feel the difference from how much better I feel when I do take them. It’s not like you’re going to get some benzodiazepines results, that’s not it’s intentions. But def worth $13

This macuna supplement checks all the right boxes. I don't like the looks of the other offers here on Amazon. And the price is great. I take this particular adaptogen for getting me in a better mood and to get me started with things. I feel energy buy not wired. Its a real clean feeling.I also use coQ10, but that is more for duration energy like if i have a long day, coQ10 keeps me going. Again, the macuna helps get me started and feel energized so they work well together.The third adaptogen I use is astragalus. It seems to do both, pick me up and give me stamina. I often use all 3. But, you should start and stop the macuna and astragalus every month or two for a few weeks so your body does not get dependent. The coQ10, as far as I understand, needs no breaks and you can continue to take it. heart patients are prescribed coQ10 and is a miracle for people with bad hearts and DR.s don't say to stop taking it. But, read up on the benefits and precautions of adaptogens and make your life better!

I love that the product itself is all Mucuna Dopa. Others have many other junk ingredients one never knows what they're ingesting. I've been taking 2 capsules at night for the last couple of weeks and it works! Deeper sleep, wake up refreshed and ready to tackle the day. I'm on HRT and also take Maca Root so hard to say as far as sexual function. But Mucuna boosts dopamine - the feel good chemical, and having enough dopamine reduces cravings for other no so healthy substances. I only wish it came in a larger bottle but the price is good so I'll keep buying every month.

Results: I'm able to focus more attentively, my moods don't fluctuate, and for some reason I believe it adds more hair to my thin, patchy beard, if that makes any sense. The receptors on my hair follicles aren't sensitive to dihydrotestosterone, so I can't grow a cool beard like my friends. Long story short, buy the product, follow the instructions, "I would recommend taking it along with a green tea extract, or a glass of green tea," and document your progress for the full 30 days.
