misrepresentation
if you view the description of this grab bar on the amazon site you will see a bar with cap covers to hide the screws and a rating of 500 pounds. what i got was a bar with exposed screws and a rating of 300 poundsmistakes happen---unfortunately to return this mistake i paid 8.50. the point is however this was amazon's mistake and i feel strongly that the postal charge should be added to my refund.
