Dents, a few scratches, the knives did not have "stainless steel" embossed on them, as would be normal. Box was also damaged ie. in pieces.Where the colours should blend, there appears to be a "stop/start" effect. Does not look good!Will be returning immediately.Note: I have no objection to a replacement as long as product is checked first for the above issues. In law, these items would be classed as "seconds"...not new, as advertised!

Was bought some rainbow cutlery as a gift but needed more. Liked that they matched the existing set I had. Liked that the site gave measurements of each piece so I could ensure it matched. Price & quality was great for amount in set. Delivery was quick. Packaging was minimal - a good thing!
