I used this over my splint and cast after my ankle surgery. It goes up to a little past the knee. Putting it on is a bit challenging, but thats because of the rubber being so tight to prevent the water coming through, which is necessary. Once it’s on it’s spacious and comfortable. The only minor problem I had with it, which I’m sure is the case for most of these products, is that the condensation from my hot shower would seep into the cast covering a little bit and would get steamy. This would cause some minimum moisture to get into the cast, which of course casts should be kept dry to avoid infections. Other than that though, this cast has done its just at keeping me dry!I also personally recommend still keeping your injured leg out of the shower if possible. I noticed when I had my foot down and the hot water was running on is when there was more condensation.

Works great!!! I had surgery for an Achilles tendon rupture. I have to keep the bandage that goes almost up to my knee on for 2.5 weeks & keep it dry. This covers it great. I have had no water leaking in so far. Would recommend!

I ordered this based on the recommendation of my nurse in the recovery room after I had surgery on my ankle. I was worried it would be difficult to get over my tender, post operative ankle. After the first time I used it, I got the hang of it and now it’s very easy to use. It keeps my surgery site dry in the shower. I highly recommend this.

Needed this post Ankle surgery to cover cast that went nearly to my kneecap - this worked great! Aperture was wide enough to slip over my cast (though I was careful to not cause a rip in the seal in the process) and still sealed well around my knee. No leaks at all and used it for 4 weeks! This was also long enough to fully cover my foot as well. Cant comment on the non-slip sole since I was on a non-weight bearing profile for that leg but this worked exactly as advertised and was well constructed!

This is so much better and easier to use (and more waterproof) than a trash bag. HOWEVER, the opening isn't that large and I couldn't fit it over my foot with anything more than an ace bandage on my foot. So it worked great once my cast was off - I could remove my boot and use it in the shower. But only with a shower chair because I am non weight bearing.So be aware regarding your intended use!

I used this for 3 weeks following foot surgery. It kept my foot dry, fit comfortably and securely, and shows no sign of wear. The top is incredibly stretchy and durable. I was able to put it on over my bulky surgical boot. It can be used in the future, should I need it.

Worked well for me and a broken hand.
