Great Machine
Received in good condition and this robot vacuum works really well. Just need to let it map out the entire area and then set the no go zones and it does all the rest. The app is intuitive and easy to use. Overall a excellent machine for the price and value for money.

Excellent Clean and Build Quality
Excellent cleaning and mopping quality after being used for 4months. The Products build quality is good. We are using it for multiple floors without facing navigation or map related issues. U have to select the respective floor map to clean that particular floor otherwise it will get confuse sometimes. Auto empty feature is really good we just cleared the dust only.twice 8n these 4 months.

Not getting dust bag for this model
I have been using this product for 5 months now, its really effective in cleaning. I have no issues with cleaning but i’m not getting dust bag for this model D10 gen 2.

Poor quality product. Do not buy.
Poor product. The device auto dump feature does not work at all. All steps tried to fix . And the product support is not at all available. Simply keeps showing the same 3 things to try in support section. There is no service option anywhere. Please do not buy this brand and this product at all.

Good service and good cleaning
The media could not be loaded. I bought the Dreame D10 Plus robot. It works well and cleans effectively, though there is a bit of noise during cleaning.Please note: it’s important to use purified water in the water tank to avoid scaling.As the product is gaining popularity, service might take some time, but the support is reliable. My water tank developed scaling, but it was replaced free of charge.Thanks to Gowra Srinivas for providing excellent service and taking responsibility to resolve my issue efficiently.

Worst product
One of the worst product don't buy because I bought it before eight days but now water is not comming out of water pump and they are saying need to be replaced and water tank causes 8000

Does What’s Expected
It really does everything which is mentioned. It’s smart enough to navigate around and do the daily cleaning.
