Does everything it says it does. Easy to use and it is awesome!

The helmet was a Christmas gift for my best friend/brother. First, I was nervous about the helmet as I was not sure if it would arrive in time. The helmet arrived as expected and simply amazed. It is very detailed and packaged perfectly, too. My friend says it is shiny, voice command for the helmet to open/close, small remote included, more importantly in working condition. The helmet hangs on his wall with his Captain America Shield, Thor Hammer, and Black Panther Mask. This helmet was worth the wait and glad I purchased it.

Half works half doesn’t. Honestly would be amazing if it worked. I took a chance with only 5 reviews I’m assuming the people that purchased only did so for decorative or collectible purposes. 1. It looks amazing very shiny and realistic 2. Honestly just cool as hell. My issue with the item is a big one. The voice activation does not work. My son was specific about “one with the red eyes” combat mode we only got to work 1 out of 50 times and it did not work correctly eyes stayed red and would not turn off. Finally tuned off then the mask would do just random things. In the instructions it provided certain commands only one worked correctly. All in all very disappointing. My son’s birthday is tmro and I will be going to get him something else because I will have to return this. I have reached out to Amazon customer service who is reaching out to the seller. So if someone can provide me with a resolution or a replacement mask that works I will update my review.
