The list of ingredients (posted in response to a different question) says it has a fragrance. Mike D seems to equate it to a cross between emu and dog, emus are pretty scarce here in the States so I can't vouch for how accurate he is, but it definitely does have a smell, not so bad as Mike D would have you believe. Whether you like the smell or not is up to you.

Petroleum products deteriorate the Silicone mask seal and eventually render the mask Useless prematurely. It is also not advised to put such a product on, or in your nose or near your eyes. = You're throwing away good money !

Now that I see what the ingredients are, watch out for the "Dimethicone"!! While this ingredient is considered non-toxic and therefore "safe", in that it will not kill you - however, it is on the "watch list". This ingredient is known for causing acne and allergic reactions. I know because I am one of those people!! Even now after two months, the doctor and I are still trying to heal the chemical reaction. you can only but outside of nose not the hose it for dyr skin if the inside of nose dry i would let your doctor know he cantell you what use somwtime can be machine or hose do it the sore could come from machine brought work right that what happwn to my hu sband he had to have people who came he machine to check out but ask your docotor

Just okay

Just okay... Kind of watery. There are better products for a CPAP barrier cream, as I have found out.Ask your sleep doctor for recommendations.
