Smooth motion. Nice for those with limited mobility in their legs to get some movement and exercise. I’ve been using to help rehab a 2.5 yr old ankle injury to restore motion and break through scar tissue. I like that I can sit and use this to target the location and control the motion and pace to my needs.

I love this so much!! I am able to get in extra exercise during my work day and even when I am vegging out in front of the television. It is the perfect size to fit under my desk and that is a huge plus!!! Even better, it is sturdy and very quiet!I love that it comes with a mat that is to be placed under the stepper. That helps to protect my carpet. I also have a couple of rooms that have wood flooring and the mat keeps that stepper from slipping AND from scratching my wood floors. There is also an app that goes with this stepper, and that helps to keep track of steps taken, time, distance, etc. Its so convenient.When I first reviewed the advertisement for this stepper, I felt that the asking price was a bit too high for what it was, but now that I have had the chance to experience this amazing little machine, I think the cost is pretty reasonable. I was lucky enough to acquire this through the Vine program so there was no out of pocket costs for me, but after using this machine, I am sure that this is something that I would not hesitate to buy at its advertised cost if I did not receive it through Vine. Totally deserving of 100 stars but since the most I can give is 5, I guess that’s what it has to be. Five stars!!!

Showed up to my house early, but the box was clearly damaged. Opened up the box and started to assemble the machine, and the LCD is either missing, broken or both. And the reason why I can't figure this out, the app that is supposed to work with this machine, to keep track of your steps and show you if it needs changed, isn't available on the Google play store! Functionaly, it works as an elliptical machine, the resistance knob works fine. But coming broken to my house with an app that isn't available/working? My rating stands
