Do not clean the compressor dry bottle, liquid accumulator and the throttling tube. And ensure that there is no residual cleaning agent in the system. If necessary, run through the pipe with nitrogen desiccant.(2)Clean the surface of the condenser and evaporator and check whether the cooling fan speed is normal. (3)Clean or replace of the expansion valve, pipe filters and drying bottle must be replaced.(4)Checking and calibrate the oil filling capacity and viscosity before install the compressor. (5)Before installing the compressor, please vacuum and then filling with refrigerant and check the high and low pressure.
