This worked for me so far!
I’ve been using this just for a week, and I have seen a change in my body during the adjustment phase. I don’t have much weight to lose - I started at 135lbs and now at 129lbs (5’7 for reference).I’m suspecting the weight loss is mainly water, as this pill has given me the runs! Eek! However, I see my energy has sky rocketed in a positive way. No jitters. Also, my appetite is fairly low now;I feel fuller after a small meal and I go a while between meals.I think with everything in life, you need work towards a goal fully. I’ve been eating healthy and trying to be moderately active before the pill. I hit a plateau. Started taking these, and I went down on the scale (again, maybe water weight).I’ll report after a month with a better, and more accurate, results.

Good but..
Good stuff but mine came with a minor defect. Some of my pills had nothing in them and the powder was just spread out inside the bottle.

Be patient!
I like that I actually look slimmer. I bought this product hoping to lose about 15-20 pounds however this has not happened yet. It’s been a slow 2 pounds here and a 1 1/2 there. But slow weight loss is good so be patient. I’m very satisfied!
