Fitment issues
Finishing is good, But it was definately a strugle to install. The Bolt racker ended up digging into the alloy with no other way other than force. The screw was completely off and it still did not fit. Overall I give 3-5 for fitment.

Giant hunk O' aluminium, to big doessn;t go on gun without bending...
HUGE!!!! made well, cant even get it on the gun. You would have to bend the metal open pretty far to get it to work.

This bolt racker makes racking the bolt on the Ruger MKIII as simple as it can get
I’m giving this item 5 stars because it works very well, looks good and is very well made with a beautiful finish. If you don’t do a lot of your own gun repair, then you might want to get some help with the installation. This racker comes with the racker and an Allan wrench. Nothing else. No instructions or explanations. It is not the easiest thing to put onto you pistol but it’s also not that tough. Just takes a light soft end hammer, and some patience. A little gun knowledge probably helps too. You DO NOT HAVE TO DISASSEMBLE your pistol at all. It’s just a bit tough putting this thing on the end of the bolt. Once it’s on over the serrated end of the existing bolt end, just reinsert the supplied screw and tighten it down. I really believe you will be very happy you have it. No more fingers sliding off the back of the slide. It’s easy to grab and pull making it lightening fast to clear a jam or getting the bolt closed on a fast reload.
