Excellent! A P920 beast with an attitude.
I'm giving this item a 5 star despite a few cons, but because of the quality and value. These cons can be worked on by the seller to improve the quality: all the fans (& heat sinks) had a lot of accumulated dust that requires taking them apart and cleaning them thoroughly. The NVMe caddy has 2 thermal pads which started releasing their silicone oil and it was in multiple places inside the case. It was a pain & took a lot of time to thoroughly clean that oil + the pads. One of the PCIe slots is missing the latch that secures devices in place. These cons are just technical: the GPU I got (quadro K620) is a bare minimum for today's advanced monitors. It's a cheap gpu and it does what it's supposed to. But for a dual 27" 2k monitors i needed something better & For now I got the Quadro P1000. The storage caddies include a slot for 2.5" ssd each which requires you to get 2 more caddy add on if you want to add 2 more ssds. No USB-C/thunderbolt and as of right now, it's impossible to find a compatible Thunderbolt PCIe card.Fyi, this tower is large & heavy depending on the specs you get, 60-90lbs.Pros: enterprise grade for a puny desktop's price. A lots of room for upgrades. Extreme performance depending on your specs & use case. Silent & runs cool. No tools required to perform maintenance or upgrades. Aside from the dusty fans/heatsinks/nvme caddy, it looks super clean & tidy.Note: the foam shell that this case came in, is an awesome protection measure from damage during shipping/transport. However, while this is definitely not the seller's fault, it has a nasty chemical odor.

Should include OS
Why PCSP sell computers without OS.

This is heavy
It's a beast and not your average desktop computer.
