This is the best way I have found for flossing all my back teeth. The floss attachments fit firmly into the handle and don't come loose. I have purchased the floss attachments (sold separately) and they are well made. This is a great system.

The holder allows you to get into all spaces – – front and back. I’ve been using this for 15+ years. Highly recommend, especially if you don’t like holding string floss.

Okay this flosser has changed my life! I HATED flossing because I don’t like putting my fingers in my mouth! I hate the short little floss sticks because fingers still in my mouth! I admit not always flossing because I hated to! Now I floss every time I brush! It took a little getting the hang of this but the long handle means no more fingers in your mouth! I learned to pull or push to get tight against each side of my tooth. I learned to rinse the flosser frequently during use. And I learned to swish water around in my mouth after I floss.
