look ... this is not a $100 dollar security camera, but for the price it is very acceptable. The viewing angle is really nice. When place up near the back wall I can see almost the entire width of the room. Nice. The picture quality is also acceptable for a camera in this price range, up to 25 feet or so it does a fine job. The motion detection needs improvement though since it is hit-and-miss unless the movement is within 15 feet or so. The built in 'siren' function though is a very good feature ... if someone were to enter the room and pass within range of the motion detector then the 'siren' function can blast out a decently annoying sound for 30 seconds. The real downside of this camera though is the Faleemi app that needs to be used. It simply isn't up to the standard of other, more generic apps that are available. Playing through a given recording is a pain since I haven't found a good way to 'fast-forward' the video. Even with the recording set to only record in 2 minute increments it is a pain since once you start up the video you have to sit through the entire replay. I tried using other apps to view the camera but, the UID name on this camera doesn't seem to be compatable with other apps ... and that is too bad since I have to take off one star for that.Oh, one more thing ... customer service with Faleemi is excellent. I originally had an issue with the focus on the camera, but I sent them an email and they responded the next business day with a suggestion (and link to a video) that showed me how to fine tune the focus which cleared up the issue.

I had previously purchased a Faleemi outdoor camera for our Florida winter home. The purpose of the camera was to monitor any coming and going that might go on while we are not there. The camera proved to work exceptionally well. I then decided to purchase two of the Faleemi cameras (FCS 850) to monitor the inside of our home. I was a bit hesitant on ordering these cameras due to the mixed reviews, but due to their low price, I decided to give them a try anyway.I received the cameras last week and was able to setup the cameras in about 30 minutes. In setting up the cameras, I found one must read and follow the instructions as written; I didn’t and did have some difficulty. When I went back and followed the instructions, verbatim; the installation went without any issues.Also, when I moved one of the cameras to a new location, it was out of the range of my wireless internet and had to purchase an internet expander. It was simple process to reconfigure the camera to the expander. The cameras have been wireless internet stable and have a clear HD output and picture.

The media could not be loaded.  Unfortunately not every time zone works correctly. It doesn't matter how you do the step by step or if you're a professional Engineer or Tech Specialist like my husband and myself. Truste me, we've done everything in our power to have the correct hour stamped in our cameras and it has been impossible for the system to accept the correct GMT - 4:00 Time Zone (Caribbean, part of the Center and North of South America). It'll always show a difference of 30 minutes to up to 5 hours and a half. Due the legal importance of having the correct time stamp in a video, I just can't deal with the issue of having recordings with the incorrect time in case of a robbery, for example. This means a huge problem to me, my loved ones, my elder and sick relatives and our peace of mind. I've struggled to receive the much needed assistance from both Faleemi and Amazon, as I've shared my worries and complaints to both parts in detail and with images. It is unfortunate and sad. I feel scammed and I shouldn't. I would definitely not recommend this product to anyone for safety purposes. It may be useful for someone who doesn't mind about the time / hour shown in the images / video. Image quality and motion sensor are excellent but without the time stamp it becomes useless. The attached images show the camera recordings after using the following options: GMT Time Zone - 4:00 without automatic options, previous option but with server automatic option included NTSC, previous option choosing Windows Time and cellphone calibration option. All the options stamped wrong times. The screenshots show half an hour and five and a half hour difference of time from the real local time (GMT - 4:00). The short screenshot video shows one of the selections, the cellphone time and the time the app stamped in the camera.
