This is a great ice pack. It’s made well and seems like it should last after many uses. It stays cold probably as long as it should be on you. 20 on then 40 minutes getting cold again. It’s also just the right size and it’s pliable so you can wrap it around an arm or legs easily.

Great ice pack. I bought because it looked flexible and I had broken my ankle in 2 places, so wanted it to wrap a bit. Really good type of cold, nothing hard, and keeps for a long time. Worked great for me. I only spent $8 on it, but would buy again for $10+

Very sturdy, great for coolers, knee wrap arm wrap or shoulder. Lays flat in freezer and takes less space than a block ice pack.

This works great for what I needed! It covers a large area, is nice and flexible, and stays cool for around 30 minutes. The only downside is it gets a bit wet on the outside once it starts thawing.

Threw my back out a week ago and tried to power through with ibuprofen, pain relieving cream and a heat pad. Everything I read online said to ice it or at least alternate with heat so I bought the 2 pack of these. Wow! they are fantastic, what a difference icing rather than using my heat pad. Great size to keep in the freeze, stay cold for a good while and mold to your body. 100% recommend adding these to your pain relief arsenal. My other big recommendation is Burn Jel, have it in your first aid kit.

This is a major upgrade from my sad Zip-lock full of rubbing alcohol. The rounded corners don’t jab into my skin, and it stays flexible even straight from the freezer. Cold lasts a good while, no leaks, no stiff awkward shapes—just solid comfort. Thoughtfully designed and actually built to last. I’m impressed.

Great job! Had hand surgery and this ice pack has been a lifesaver. It freezes quickly, lasts longer than recommended wear time, so it does the job! It molds around my wrist easily to stay where I need it.I place it in a small pillowcase to keep it dry and is soft and easy to use. Worth every penny!

A lifesaver! This is an excellent product for back injuries, especially for sciatica nerve pain. Great quality, flexibility and easy to store in the freezer. Re-freezes quickly.
